Dear colleague,

These last few weeks have been some of the most challenging and difficult times for healthcare professionals across the world.  During this time, local community pharmacy teams have worked tirelessly, continuing to support and care for local patients.

Some of these teams recorded a message for their local communities, which is captured in the video link below and is on behalf of all community pharmacy teams.

The clip has also been shared on CPNI’s Facebook and Twitter channels @compharmacyni and I would ask you to also share on your own social media channels.

Yours sincerely

Dear Colleague,

You will be aware that the second submission of March prescriptions was due to start on 6th April 2020.  Due to COVID 19 and the unprecedented circumstances that we find ourselves in not all community pharmacies have been able to submit their prescriptions to BSO for payment within this time period.  Although you may have missed the initial deadline we would encourage you to submit your prescriptions to BSO as soon as possible to allow for processing.  BSO have confirmed that any prescriptions for March need to be submitted to BSO by Thursday 16th April 2020 to be processed with the March payment.

The first submission of April prescriptions is due to start on 23rd April 2020.  We would advise all community pharmacies to submit as many of their prescriptions within the first submission as possible.  If you do not make the first submission date please try to submit as soon as possible thereafter.

Yours sincerely
