Rota

A rota is provided by community pharmacies on Sundays, public holidays and in some towns in the evening when other pharmacies are closed. Patients can obtain medicines and advice from a pharmacist when there are no other pharmacies open.

A rota usually lasts one hour and is at a suitable time for patients who have attended a GP Out of Hours Centre and need to have a prescription dispensed.

Information relating to the community pharmacy Rota service can be found here.

Weekly and holiday rotas can be found here.

Please note that this service operates from 6pm each weekday evening and 24 hours on Saturday, Sunday and public holidays.
