Dear Contractor

The Department of Health has written out to contractors outlining the position in respect of the opening arrangements for community pharmacies in light of the additional COVID restrictions here.

Action

Contractors are asked to note the content of the letter and the exemptions relating to community pharmacy, and ensure that they are working in line with legal requirements.

CPNI colleagues will keep you updated with any further developments.

Yours sincerely

Dear Contractor

Over the Christmas and New Year period, phone lines in Annadale will be manned as far as possible with the available resources.

Where contractors do not get a response to a phone call, an email can be forwarded to one of the addresses below giving a short outline of the issue and a contact number and we will get back to you as soon as we can.  It would be helpful if the email would indicate whether the query is urgent or not.

With best wishes for Christmas and the New Year.

Yours sincerely
