Please find correspondence here for your attention, from Kathryn Turner, Pharmacy Lead, HSCB and Stephen Wilson, Assistant Director of Communications and Knowledge Management, PHA.

Summary

  • The second campaign of 2020/2021, Vaccinations, has now been extended until 31 March 2021.
  • “Distance Aware” will be launched on 1 March 2021, and is now to be promoted alongside Campaign 2 and Campaign 3. Pharmacies should expect resources to be delivered w/c 1 March 2021.
  • The third campaign “Mental Health” will now commence on 1 April 2021. This campaign will now run for two months.

Action

  • Contractors are asked to review the correspondence.
  • Complete a short online evaluation survey for Vaccinations which can be accessed here in the month of April.
  • If you have any queries in relation to Living Well campaigns, please contact your Local Integrated Care Office.

PRELIMINARY NOTICE is hereby given that the First Annual General Meeting of the Members of the Company will be held at 8.00pm at the registered office, 5 Annadale Avenue, Belfast BT7 3JH, on Thursday 25 February 2021 for the purpose of considering the following business:

  1. Notice of meeting.
  2. Apologies for absence.
  3. Directors’ Report on Company Activity in 2020.
  4. Chairman’s Report
  5. Report on the Summary Income Statement and Balance Sheet for the year ended 31 October 2019.
  6. Appointment of Auditors
  7. Appointment of Solicitors
  8. Closing remarks by the Chairman

AGM papers will be sent out by post on or before 15 February 2021.

Due to the current COVID restrictions the AGM will take place by ZOOM, with login details being provided in advance of the AGM.

Concessionary prices will be paid against the usual code, no additional endorsements are needed.

Concessionary prices may be granted up until the end of the month so CPNI will notify you of any further concessionary prices as and when they are agreed.
