Lateral flow testing for Community Pharmacy Staff
In recognition of the essential front-line nature of services provided by community pharmacy teams, CPNI supported the HSCB’s inclusion of the profession in the provision of lateral flow COVID-19 testing in May 2021.
The aim of the routine testing service is to detect asymptomatic cases amongst team members, thus preserving the pharmacy workforce and providing a level of reassurance to staff in patient facing roles.
